Why does you are using permanent translator? You are removing the privilege for other translator to join bouny campaign. This is against on the ICO rules regarding bounty. It was stated that bounty program was open to all and yet you already have permanent translators.

I disagree with the permanent translator,,not fair for those who want to propose a translation but can not participate in the bounty of your translation.even though it is your right as a campaign manager
