There is no doubt we need more exchanges in this space, but the issue is security and trust, the rate of hack on exchanges is huge even big exchanges are not immune to this. You guys will need to do alot to win traders trust

Thanks for your input housebtc, we agree completely. As security specialists know there is nothing such as completely bullet proof, but with us using the latest technologies and methods we believe we are as secure as we can possibly be.

They don't seem to be processing them in numerical order, more by size..

Why are they do that?? I dont understand. Is it possible they mess something up? like data lost?

I don't think there is data loss (your info about withdraws are still shown in you account, that means they still have info about who, what and where was the withdraw).

Btw. My withdraw ids were: 316 and 362

my withdraw ID is 324... withdraw SIGT coin.  Do you know if all the coin share with the same withdraw ID or not?

And sorry, I made mistake. My withdraw ids were 316 and 317. So it looks like the queue (withdraw IDs) is the same for all coins.

My big transaction of about $500... Status changed to almost done. But don't invest anything unless all of the guys here receive all their coins. On twitter they said, 75% of withdrawals completed, which I really doubt. Since lot many people here are still complaining that they didn't receive anything. Also abt 91000 dogies is in status "accepted" from yesterday.

It is so confusing situation, some says their withdrawal has been processed already and some other says still some problem. Where the hell is OP to clarify what is going on? If he do not want us to judge something bad, then he should come here communicate with his users.
Still it is not good place to put our money in, at least until there is a clear explanation from the admin and till all issues are solved.

Yeah the lack of communication is still really frustrating. Only getting posts on twitter every 24 hours and seeming like only small transactions getting processed.

Well their website does say it is 2 guys who run it, one front man, one techie.. So if it seems like 1 person doing everything... you might just be right

I like their interface but I think at best this has dented their trust... And that's assuming people keep getting paid out (which I haven't yet)
