Half site is on English and other half is written in cyrillic.

The .tk domain - I am in the process of setting up all software, establishing a company and launching the casino in Costa Rica. I admit that I jumped the gun and advertised (only here) the casino too early while it was on the .tk domain for pre launch testing and possible template make overs. I understand how it appears, and I understand that I should have waited, I guess I was a little anxious. For that I do apologize.
The nickname Schizophrend6, I agree that I should have created a different nick. I ofcourse will use the Costa Rican domain's email setup for all casino business and administrative purposes. An you are right It was a bad choice for a nick when talking about the Black Pearl.

My advice is to create a new user name such as "CasinoElectric.com" or what not.

Its good that you have 25K in funds available, which is most than what most new dice sites have these days. However you need to prove this by signing your BTC address with proof that you have access to these funds.

And my advice is to first launch the site properly and then look for gamblers, because if your site is buggy you will get nothing but bad feedback.

I wouldn't say its obvious...Because if he is having a minimum bet of .001 BTC, or roughly 4 dollars.  And only has ~4BTC backing that up. 

That is just insane...he should have a max BET of .001 BTC, not a minimum.  I mean he could lose his entire bankroll on like 1 minute of people playing.
