Never heard of any such sites .But I can give you a small hack on how you can turn your money from pay per download sites into bitcoin wallet.PAYZA.com is an additional website where funds could be directly transferred by your pay per download website provided your website accepts PAYZA method (which should because unlike paypal payza is tax free).From there you can transfer funds or request payout in your payza account .Once your account is credited ,from payza you can either transfer the same cash into your bitcoin wallet or store at payza as btc's and shopping options are available.
