Bitsler withdrawal pending for more than 48 hours

I thought Bitsler is very trusted and I no need to worry admin will help for all the issues but this time very much disappointed the way he is handling the withdrawal issues.

If he can't predict what the correct fee then he should allow us to choose fee for withdrawals but site limits maximum 60K fee. I paid the highest fee for more than 48 hours still not confirmed. If he allows me to increase then I would have paid higher fee for my withdrawal.

It looks he is still don't know how blockchain works so don't know how to adjust withdrawal fees. Should learn from other established casinos. Next time I will be very careful before loading my money in bitsler.

Dont generalized dude since this issue is mainly cause by the blockchain network and not on the gambling site itself. Expect there are really some delays considering that they set-up 60k max fee. You can speed up your transaction for free, use viabtc transaction accelerator(https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/). maybe they should use dynamic fee system, like crypto-games fee system.

Could you share to public for your address or ID transaction? that's to make sure you're on problem. I'm sure team of bitsler can't help out for this case, They just can guarantee for your money be land on your pocket, I had this problem at the past. You money's safe but your wasted has wasted.

Get the transaction id, and enter it into estimatefee.com  it'll tell you the estimated amount of blocks (with 50% probability) and if you multiply that by 10 you'll have an estimate in minutes.

Would you be fine with paying a $6 fee to receive your transaction within an hour? If not, then either accept the lower transaction fees on Bitcoin or withdraw a different cryptocurrency on Bitsler's site that lower fees and quicker confirmation times. They have the exchange option, after all (although it will deduct a significant % of winnings, for lower-end players even that can be better than taking a hit with a fee)

I don't think bitsler is scam. you should pay the high fees for transaction if you want to complete your transaction quickly. Once my transaction was pending for 24 hours they return my actual amount and also pay me the bonus.

It isn't Bitsler's fault at all, it's true that they could probably add an option to increase the transaction fee for a faster transaction, but the problem lies with the Bitcoin network in general.
The mempool is full and the fees are very high, most likely due to spam attacks.

Yeah, this issue will affect many different sites due to the network fees being so high lately. The average recommended fee is nearly 400 sat/byte right now for fast confirms. I'd also recommend trying the ViaBTC accelerator that was previously mentioned as it usually helps speed up confirmation time.

Hopefully segwit adoption helps brings these fees down as this is making Bitcoin very expensive to use.

That was the problem right now the transaction fee the bitcoin fees in the past few hours and yesterday are actually really high default fee compare today that gradually reduced the transaction fee..
If you are still having this problem better to use the viabtc transaction accelerator. .that i think it can help to confirm. or hire someone to confirm your transaction.

I think you misunderstood the OP main post. He is requesting to allow users to choose the transaction amount instead Bitsler fix some maximum limit. If he fixed maximum transaction fee amount then Bitsler is responsible for the slower transactions. Users can use maximum amount what site has provided and after that site need to make sure transactions are done on time. Bitsler is responsible for all these delays.

It looks like many people are facing this issue recently and they should have handled this issue better way.

Week end I withdrew my money from fortunejack and received within few hours. How they can do it and why bitsler can't do it? It all depends on how much transaction amount you pay.

OP is not saying that they are a scam but may be disappointed with the confirmation delay. Since blockchain is very much crowded so sometimes these delays are expected. The reason for the delay is due to the congestion of bitcoin blockchain being jammed up with a lot of transactions, but I do understand OP point of view, maybe Bitsler could set up a few more selection for users to select the amount of miner fees on withdrawal as some users might need their bitcoin urgently and they do not mind paying a higher miner fees for that.

60K fee is high enough, clearly it is on blockchains' side which causes the delay due to heavy traffic. I usually use accelerator even if my fee is the minimum fee set by the site. In just 1 hour it's already in my wallet.

This is why I really think many casinos should just list Bitcoin CASH as an alternative cryptocurrency to gambling. Because people with most casinos generally don't leave their BTC in the site due to hacks.

So they do a deposit and then later on they do a withdraw and they lose fees due to the congested network. If they added Bitcoin CASH which everybody already owns it would solve these problems. And people would just bet 85% more to make up the price difference.
