NBA Championship 2017 -2018 Betting Question

Hi gamblers. It's always my habit to placed a bet for who will be the team that will bag the NBA Larry O'Brien Trophy for 2017 -2018. Always placing bet after some numbers of game played right after the season opener. The odds is good if it will placed early.

We all know that Directbet always have this betting option but since they are not operational anymore, where can I see this betting type? I checked Nitrogensports even prior of season opener but there is none.  Last checked was today. Tried Onehash too but none.

Directbet I think (FYI) the only sportsbook who have the betting option like that and they are opening it the moment the NBA season starts. Let's see other people's suggestions.

And I think Directbet opening it even before NBA season starts. On the other note, I checked Cloudbet too and unfortunately none. Well I will just opened this thread for future responses and references.

I guess the line were available earlier in this season, I saw it in Nitrogensports but I checked now there is no line.  I am constantly betting at Nitrogensports and I think this line will appear again when the playoffs is nearing, don't worry once I find a site with a line available, I will update in this thread for you to bet.

I don't know if they have the actual bet you are asking but Bitcoinrush.io has a lot of bets in NBA and they even have live bets on NBA while they have not live bets on soccer. This means that they care more about NBA compared to soccer , so why not go and check it out , maybe it has the bet you are asking for.

This is the same when a team wins outright during the playoffs right? Nitrogensports offered lines for nba winners before the start of the regular season then took it down during the last days of October. Sites like Cloudbet and Sportsbet still offer outrights for NBA. Here's the link to both of them.
