Too much problems make me awake every night. It seems like your body is sleeping, yet your soul is still awaken. Buts and what ifs made me also wonder.
They kept on running in my mind. And then, I slowly getting asleep.

Here in this one message was written that it is not possible to fall asleep from exhaustion. If a man is tired after a hard day, he'd just fall asleep from exhaustion. Now, if I looked before going to sleep is a horror movie, that it can actually interfere with normal sleep.

Thinking about bad memories. They are making me mad. We need a technology that can erase specific parts of our memories.

There are a lot of things that keep me awake at night. Some of them are books, movies and anime series that I do watch during night time.

I would have to say the thing that keeps me up the most at night is my future. Where am I going? How i'm gonna get there and will I ever be content once I do.

My girlfriend keeps me awake at night well up until 3AM. She likes to talk too much. She likes talking about scary stories and it scares me.

My main entertainment is watching comedy movies. I never fell asleep by watching comedy movies, I have always lost track of time when I am watching movies that make me laugh, another method is to eat while you watch a movie, for sure you will never fall asleep as your mind is active as well as your metabolism.
