What happened::
This user made a post about buying CSGO account: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5074539

I sent the account first and he changed the all details
After that he said there's some problem with his BTC wallet, and can't send me the payment (which I don't buy it)
I waited for 3 days, and when I tried to reach him there's no respond from him, he also blocked me on steam.
As all of his account is new (BTT, Twitter, etc), and he is not responding, which seems suspicious to me
So I locked the steam account and asked for support's help to retrieve the account back
And he showed up immediately after I locked the account

Still, though I made very clear that I will unlock the account as soon as received his payment
He refuse to pay and threat to leave me a negative feedback if I don't unlock for him first
Of course I refused, I have nothing to hide and I'm not the one who broke the agreement
I'm posting here to warn other members to deal with this guy with cautious
I doubt he was planning to pay me at first place.
It's a small amount, but I just want to warn people about his action.

Fill out a proper scam accusation form with all the details, including chat logs and whatever else you have.  Not sure if this is worthy of DT tagging him, but in order to make that decision we kind of need to have all the evidence.

I will provide chat log if needed.

You have posted after getting negative trust or before getting negative trust? Also you have not been scammed so you should post it on reputation board. If you highly believe that the user might scam then you should create scam accusation on appropriate format.

Edit: Last active time of Maotezi, archive Last Active:   Today at 10:07:29 PM

And your scam accusation created time Today at 10:15:13 PM.

It is sure that the user has gave you negative trust before going offline. That's why I am confused about the post of you and also who is the real scammer.

Thanks for your advice, I have edited the post with chat attached, hope it's more clear now.
Basically the timeline is like this -

Account created and delivered first -> Buyer says there's a problem with his BTC wallet -> I waited for 3 days and when I reach him there's no response
-> I checked the Steam account I created and found he's online and he blocked me on Steam (I added the account as friend)
-> I locked the account with the confirmation email that sent to the original email before he changed it on Steam
-> I told him that I have locked the account since there's no respond from him
-> He showed up immediately after I locked the account (clearly he was online, but just ignoring my message)
-> I told him I will unlock the account immediately once I received the payment, with a code steam sent me, or we can either cancel the trade and I get my account back
-> He refused to pay or return account, but kept saying I'm lying, and threat to give me negative feedback if I don't unlock for him first, while he is the one who broke the rule
-> I refused to unlock for him first, as it's obvious he is the one who's having problem, and I have risked my account once
-> He said he will leave me negative feedback, and I said I will do the same

With the above timeline, I believe he left me a feedback first, and then I made a post in his thread and here, as well as left him a negative feedback
I put this in scam accusation because he indeed took my account, though I eventually got the account back in the end.
I hope everything is clear enough, thanks.
