Asking Hitbtc support about listing dagger-hash coin, they answered that it will be cost 12btc per year +implementation costs, so too expensive I guess. Now waiting response from Coinexchange, will let to know about results.

Yes, most of exchanges is required too expensive prices for listing today. Guess best option is Yobit or Novaex right now.
