Why unconfirmed outputs can be spent?

I think blockchain.info should make some change on this.

I think blockchain.info should make some change on this

are you asking that a restriction be placed on the my wallet service from blockchain.info so that the user cannot spend on 0/unconfirmed?

the bitcoin protocol allows this so clients are allowed to do this.
