Why was there no news about the development of this project before?  Is this a marketing ploy?  Everyone is disappointed with the dynamics of development, they have collected a lot of money, and the speed of development and work with the community leaves much to be desired, to say the least.

It looks like the developers are not wanna try to creating any update to increase the demand and give confidence to investors. They collect a lot of money and they didn't even create such a financial report about that. This looks very suspicious for me because as a public start up and the team must transparent with the public as its investors.

No new news about the project?
I remember at the end of 2017 they promised to launch a platform for conducting ICO. But so much time has passed and nothing ... just raised 100kk dollars from people.
