How much does core clock speed affect variance from the averages posted on the wiki/bitminer.info? Say a 650MHz Radeon HD 5770 vs an 850MHz Radeon HD 5770?

Someone was kind enough to answer this for me on IRC, does anyone have a link to a calculator (or the formula) similar to the one he used? He's afk
