What's your favorite 3 altcoins and why?

An interesting question! And in my opinion everyone has their favorite coins, today the market is filled up every day, but not everyone is kept on it! Therefore, after conducting the analysis, I trust XRP, STRATIS, and DOGE as a promising coin!

The 3 altcoins that are my favorite is eth, zec and dash. I love those two coins because those two are the main priority of my mining rigs to mine and the third was my favorite because i have a node setup in that altcoin (dash) and i will still keep mining and holding the node that i got so i can have a passive income which is great for me.

populous, kickico because it is my first coin in bounty signature campaigh and the results are satisfactory, and both are good quality coins that have good price. and ETH, as it is a very popular alcoint after bitcoin and has a huge market.

for the moment I prefer to favor coindash, monetha and minexcoin. because I heard that there will be a pump price soon. it has been seen in minexcoin, now step by step has started to rise its price

3 Altcoin My Favorites.
Bitcoin
Bitcoin is the first virtual currency and that started everything, the currency was released in 2009 by its maker Sathosi Nakamoto. Bitcoin currently has the largest market capitalization to date.

Most people usually before using another they first use bitcoin because bitcoin has the reputation of being a good, all other digital currencies are referred to as 'altcoins' (alternative coins because they are alternatives to Bitcoin).
Bitcoin is known for being the first, the easiest to get, and the widest acceptance.

Ether
Ether is the digital currency for Ethereum, a decentralized platform that can execute peer-to-peer. Until September 2016 Ethereum is split into 2 Ethereum (ETH) and Ethereum Klasik (ETC).

Ethereum is known for its ability to make payments by Peer-to-peer without the use of third parties.

Litecoin
Litecoin was released in October 2011 by a former Google employee named Charles Lee as an alternative to Bitcoin. Like bitcoin, litecoin can also be mined, used as currency and transacted for goods and services.

BITCOIN: I don't feel like I have to say much about it. The dominating factor of the market. All should include bitcoin in their portfolio.

ETHEREUM: My expectations are very much from ethereum. It will be widely used in the future and its price will go up easily.

WAVES: Very good Project, bad team members behind it. If they expand their developer team, waves can be the vital part of the coins.

My 3 Favorite Altcoins are:

1) Ethereum - has a huge following, steady growth, and I see it continuing to rise

2) Sia - Low value, but does have real world applications and may pop in the future

3) Deep Onion - Love this coin, lots of upside, very active community and was just listed on it's first larger exchange.

Right now the ones i'm most interested are FUN, Monero and ADEX! Hoping to secure some nice profits on these 3 after the 2x bitcoin fork coming up 2 weeks from now! They have good potential + increasing hype, both good for cryptos.

BTC - it'll always have a good value, so it's my main investment
ETH - Ethereum has a good potential to grow, and I use it for investing in ICO.
VIB - It's my long term investment. I believe, one day they'll cost more than 1$.

1. BTC         -  Because  is the king all crypto word.
2. Ethereum -  It's established and ETH has all power BTC has and many more Features.
3. Wave       -  The wave is so much better, esaier, simpler to use.

POWR - Australia's first ICO, back by a real company with an established team and business.
XRL - Rialto is an Italian AI based trading platform. Recently tied up a deal with Thompson Reuters.
XRP - I'm sure I don't need to explain this one to any of you guys.

Answer of your question is WAVES, STRATIS, NEO. only these coins are not good enough there are a number of coins which will make history in crypto market.

My three favorite altcoins are- Bitcoin, Etherium and Waves. BTC is the best altcoin and it's now $7400+. ETH will cross $500 very soon as most of the ICO requires ETH to sell their tokens. Waves is a good coin. I think after BTC and ETH, waves will be the best in future.

There is bitcoin and altcoins. Altcoins are all others that are not bitcoin.

I would take no advice from anyone who lists BTC as an altcoin.  If someone doesn't understand what "alt" means, I would assume their rationale for listing certain altcoins may also be suspect.

My interest is in using coins to make coin, so they should have an intrinsic value that makes them as close to tangible as you can get in the crypto world.
ETH - Technologically speaking, ETH has great potential.  Financially speaking, ETH should be around for a long time, and as long as it is, should steadily increase in value.  I anticipate it following in BTCs footsteps, but for very different reasons.
XRP - Technologically speaking, XRP is already revolutionizing the finance industry.  Financially, XRP should be around for a long time, but it may be more volitale and may not show steady increases.
