I have 250 ETH, Hold or SELL?
How do you think about the price of ETH end of this year.
I lost just small amount (5 ETH) because i bought the highest price.
I don`t know I hold or SELL.
Give me your opinion.

I would sell at least 1 a day and take the profits. You could do this for 250 days straight. And if it doubles in price sell .5 a day etc.

That's a lot of eth right there. Anyhow, i. Believe it's best if you'll hold on a little bit longer. There is a huge possibility eth will still go up a few months from now. Eth is a good coin for long term investment and with that amount of eth you have right now, you will be able to gain a lot more profit so long as eth goes up which i believe it will. So hang in there.

poor you. I think u lost round 30 ETH. just keep calm my friend!
Don't add insult into his injuries. The prices were supposed to drop some day. I would suggest everyone holding on their coins and if they can increase the amount, it would be a lot better. Ethereum price would definitely recover as BTC is also gaining value. |

I have some Eth too and i was planning to sell them and buy other altcoins which can grow faster and also invest on ICOs. I sold some and bought few coins which go up and down so quick it is hard to watch them all the time. But now i have decided to just hodl on to my eth since i think it has low risk and it will rise in price slowly and give me good return in the long run.

just hold it don't even bother to sell it all because ethereum have huge potential to become the next bitcoin hehehe but not this time i think and soon to be. Judt hold that huge amount of money and make it even better doubling that amount

Next Bitcoin? Haha I think Bitcoin always top 1 on coinmarketcap and do not have any altcoins can replace Bitcoin. Cryptocurrency world can growth like today thanks to Bitcoin growth in this year, you have to remember Bitcoin is crypto create bullish trend on market. |

Ethereum will raise again a little. but never at 1000 $. For me Ethereum is just a currency, not a society. Its role is clearly not the same than Bitcoin. Bitcoin is a refuge for the cryptocurrencies, and Ether is a fiat equivalent. Bitcoin have 21,000,000 units, and Ether clearly not  |

BTC = cocacola, ETH = pepsi, it´s here to stay as a second actor...
when you go to Bittrex you either trade on BTC or in ETH... when you buy cryto in coinbase, you buy BTC o ETH, etc etc...
It will probably not give the same profits as other alts in the short term, in the long term it will do nothing but grow up...

Now is not the best time to sell the etherium. Unambiguously, it is better to hold it until the time when it significantly rises in price. In general, it is better to keep it and in the long run it will necessarily bring profit

I would hold. Markets are still going up over time. There may be some dumps along the way but the trend is still up. May even overtake bitcoin one day.

I think you should hold it. I'm pretty sure it will be $1000 soon. I had 200 ETH around in the beginning of Summer but I sold them for $180. Now I regret that I sold my ETH stash. If you don't need that money in short term you better hold your coins very tight. It will definitely worth the wait in the end.

Hold it to $1000 Agreed, there is no bump on the road before it reached $1000 next year. I think it will reach $1000 within 18 months at most. It has a bigger potential than bitcoin, for me. |

All cryptos combined will likely go up in the future.
However, it's hard to tell if Ethereum will continue going up at the same rate as in the past.
They are getting new competitors every day: EOS, Radix.global, etc.

Right now is the best option to hold the ETH because ETH market will increase it's price soon. Soon the ETH will reach to more than 500$ because many countries wants to legalize ETH another coin after BTC.
I think so it is not that bad to hold eth. It has good potential of producing great profits in the coming years. Ahan! If some countries are thinking about its legalization, that’s great news for the eth investors. I think if you have this amount of eth, there is no need to sell them off. Keep them in your wallet. |

With the availability of country that intends to legalize this ETH,of course is good news for future ETH developments and it would seem more appropriate for ETH to have a place equivalent to bitcoin for both popularity and legality. Good to hold the ETH until early 2018 surely you will see an increase in ETH prices soaring.
