Market manipulations like this happen every day with a lot of shitcoins and even with established coins. There are players out there with deep pockets.

You don't realistically believe that Banks would conduct this using their own systems, do you? There are strawmans for these kind of activities.

this happens every day in cryptoland because it is not regulated. yet. but bank are if they would do this they would get in a lot of trouble is my guess. and it makes no sense to loose money just to make a point how you can pump and dump. cryptospace would endure and laugh at the attempt and some would make good money out of the banks try
