ill mine once the wallet is easier. i cant get votecoin-cli to run even after sync. just opens than closes.

Its easy: on windows and linux is very similar.

1. Run votecoind
2. on second terminal.. cd into Votecoin dir
3. then straight from the command line where votecoin-cli is found
c:\votecoin>votecoin-cli getbalance
or
votecoin$ votecoin-cli getbalance

and voila!

Its a relief some guys are holding their coins.

I am waiting for mine to arrive ,   I'm on boring windows now, please send coins here.. I believe one address was created by generateaddress
and the second one by z_generateaddress ( dunno the difference, believe, deduct and hope the difference is one is a stealth address, but when created it displayed a much larger address... bitcoind user, first time z_ coin is used)

At the moment coins sold for only 2000sat, it's very low price, check any coin on equihash, all of them have a good price.
If we will see a good graphical wallet for Mac and Win by the end of ICO this coin have all chances to overtake most of equihash algo coins.

someone rented 300ksol on nicehash, that's the reason.
I don't undestand him, because it's already cheaper to buy coins on ico, rather than rent a hash for mining.

Yeah it does not update, manual restart of the Insight software updates it but then it stays the same until next restart. Not sure what's the problem.

@votecoin.site maybe you should try to cooperate with https://avaaz.org/ and other openvoting system?

I think it should work!
A lot of people working with this community.

I have no idea _how_ you can cooperate, it's just a guessing Smiley

You need to either mine for coins or contribute directly here https://www.votecoin.site/

PS I am not a founder or a developer so do not benefit directly from the contribution

Cool  Votecoin is a cool concept.   I wish to see contribution growing and a clear roadmap to when can we expect to see votecoin on an exchange.

And voting with friends and family would be cool on crowdfunding projects using votecoin.
