Why this?

Please DO NOT send any funds from exchange wallets such as Bittrex, Kraken, Poloniex, Coinbase, Bitfinex etc.

That is because you need an ERC-20 compatible wallet such as myetherwallet.com in order to receive the tokens.

When I choose "Buy at ICOBACKER.COM" and "GET THE TOKENS" and input UTN and choose "BUY TOKENS". It will redirect to coinpayments.net. Here, I choose ETH and "COMPLETE CHECKOUT". Its show an address to payment.
Now I can use my ETH on Polo or Bittrex to send this address to receive my UTN?

Their soft cap 9,9 mln $, and hard cap 99 mln. But I cant understand, why they need so much money?
