You can not transfer UTN to erc20 ethereum wallet because UTN is not an ethereum-based token
Universa has its own Blockchain and you can UTN transactions after the end of the UTN sales

Even with public addresses there'd be no-way to tell who it was (i.e. could still be open to manipulation)?  Checking out https://access.universa.io/ it's actually looking pretty far advanced  - you can generate your own contracts, tokens etc just straight in the browser.

I don't know how to withdraw tokens to personal wallet but I think they will implement it on the website after the end of the sales

There's is no way they can manipulate to attract more people because Universa make sales via ICOBACKER and KICKICO
