So my capitalist account was charged twice with the sum of $1000 (so $2000) but my Yobit account is only showing $1000.
From what I hear a lot of people are complaining about this Moscow firm scamming people... hopefully I get stuff resolved by them ASAP.

Interesting, never heard a complaint like this before.

But yeah yobit is full of problems. Did you click the deposit button twice or something like that? Anything that you did that was out of the ordinary at all? Because usually, you have to confirm the action that you are performing fully by entering your username and password and pressing the confirm button. There is really no way for yobit to charge you more than you authorized them to.

Yobit does have really bad support that never responds to anything, and sometimes have withdrawal and deposit problems as well. Never heard something like this before tho.

1) Do not use Yobit.net.
2) Do your due diligence when trying to use an exchange (Google +  Bitcointalk searches).
3) They already have several negative ratings, thus this scam accusation (and the ones to come) are just useless.

I don't know how it happened, but I paid double for the same transaction # .... Essentially it was my first time making a payment through Capitalist.net and I guess I took a little longer to confirm the SMS which I received ... so now this

How is it possible that you paid double for the same txid?

The problem is definitely on yobit or capitalist's end. Even if it is yobit's issue charging you twice i don't think that Capitalist should allow something like this to happen as it could mean that a lot of people use this method to scam.

I suggest you consult with Yobit support even though you may not receive a response. As lauda said do not use them at all even if they do resolve this ticket.
