You can use it for rendering farms like those Pixar movies if your talking about non-mining work.

It does require more equipment and new skills.   You do get paid depends on the production film group.

I think this new GPU miner will be launch in the market soon, do you think its worth to buy this. Considering it has no resale value in the future.

http://www.inno3d.com/products_detail.php?refid=338

PS: I am new to mining and need professional advice.

Thank you

This looks like Pandaminer setup.

However I like the idea of the 9 x slot and PCI based compute controller.

Is this selling in Manila?

Similar Motherboard is available on Aliexpress with the same seller as the Onda motherboard, but the price is on the expensive side.

Yes but these boards are available on Alibaba for 177USD. i'll share the ad in the thread.

I will be getting the six board soon from citronick

I would love to get this board.

too expensive that seller is crazy

nice board this 8 slotter should be the standard so that Windows can run on itl but i like the PCI based CPU controller method because its avoids getting a PICO and will further simplyfy the PSU setup with a single 2400 Delta server PSU.

Got a long box to ship your board - its longer than normal - same length as my 24 port router. Will send you AWB tracking when my office sends it out.

If I provided you good and useful info or just a smile to your day, consider sending me merit points to further validate this Bitcointalk account ~ useful for future account recovery...

Yeah I have ideas for both boards.

The 8 slot board looks really good for nvidia.

You can put a 16 gb ram stick in it.

You can use an i7 CPU in it.  And you can water cool it.

I think it could do 8 1080 ti water block cards

4800w IBM server PSU ?

you need 8 plus 8 =16 for the board.

8pin x 2 for the GPU (assume Y cable)

8 plus 8 plus 8 = 24 x 6pin to terminate at the BB.

I have these Deltas and using 1 will be cutting it close.

Unless each 1080ti consumes not more than 200w each.

But then again this Deltas are 94% Platinums and PM engineer told me this PSU runs stable under heavy load.

When the Deltas hit 1800w-2000w -- the fans will go on steroids

if anyone has contacts in china, any is buying a bunch I need at least 10 or more of these lol to replace my current riser builds
these boards are the new must have.  Risers are so anoying had 3 randomly die again.

the only issue I see is maybe those six pin inputs getting fried by getting too much juice, Ive seen it happen on those 2000 watt breakout boards before.
If some GPU's drop alot of power from those PCI-e slots , frying one of those could potentially kill the whole board.

Unlikely if its well designed though but i have never heard of this vendor before

Colorful is one of the biggest OEM manufacturers in China.

They are also the biggest NVIDIA distributor in China.

They are very legit.

I am trying to get my contact to get a few boards to test (Phil I will send you one).

Why can't we use 2800w ATX power  supply no need of pico  cards. another source of error eliminated.

Why ? becuases its cheap no name and if it catches on fire you risk voiding all the RMA's on your motherboard and pricy asics or GPU's

why use use a cheap non branded not even rated PSU on a rig that costs you over 3k in some cases for other parts, I can't imagine why i'd want to use

at least a gold rated , server grade quality tried true and tested PSU vs that hmm  Huh Grin Grin Wink

Because here we are using cheap Chinese make motherboards and these cheap Chinese made PSU sometimes are better alternative than Expensive Chinese made branded PSUs ok. And this thread is meant for experimenting, if you want everything put in front of you premade then shuuuuuu go to Bitmain Site and buy yourself there GPU miners.
For your second argument first we are the ones who are putting over 3000$ worth of GPUs on a cheap 100$ motherboards not you, if it would be a success than people like you will benefit from it or it's vise versa than it's our loss not yours......shuuuu this thread is not meant for you shuuuu...
