There are cheaper retailers available for me, but the one I'm with (Energy Locals) has a more generous solar FIT. I would like to see a crypto hosting facility in TAS with their abundant hydro power  |

Out of curiosity, how long have you had it, and what % fan speed does it run at? The ones we have run at 60% fan speed or less for what it's worth. Overall Powercolor hasn't impressed me with their quality control, so anything's possible with them.
If I had to choose I'd say EVGA is my top pick for quality and after that I really am not sure who I would go with for second place.... most likely ASUS or XFX based on my own experiences.
For the AMD side, Sapphire is "the one" - they have no real competition. I WISH they made NVidia cards. For Nvidia, I'd say EVGA and Gigabyte though Zotac is doing OK so far - EVGA at least responds quickly when they DO have an issue (like the early 1070 cards with overheating issues if you used the stock fan profile). I have had issues with XFX and stopped buying them years ago - they may have gotten better since then. |

I would like to see a crypto hosting facility in TAS with their abundant hydro power The problem with Tasmania's hydro power is that they quite often run out of water.. not the end of the world it depends on how often you lose power. 11/12 months with power would be fine if a kwatt is 5 usa cents or less even 10/12 months with power is good at 5 usa cent a kwatt or less I turn a profit at 13 usa cents a kwatt |

Yes. 1 sample is ordered and arrives on monday according to dhl tracking. this is due in a few days  I am trying to order a sample from another dealer. I think it has tight spacing. But you pick your cpu. 1151 socket. and it allows for 2 sticks of ram.   |

They have a poor rma policy . Do not admit you mine. I had the rx480s they had two models one was very good, Let me look. The red devil was the good one the red dragon was meh We have 4 rx 470/480s with the Red Devil cooler in my wife's small farm and I have a Rx 480 Red Devil in one of our personal gaming PCs. I really like all of them, very good coolers and zero problems in the 8-12 months that we have owned them. They have a very nice hefty feel to them and are much better quality then any other Powercolor cooler I have had my hands on in the past ~7 years or so. I have a red devil rx470 and only 1. One fan is about to fail. I cannot buy a new one from them (We have no stock) I have to do a full RMA. Told me to check for 3rd party but never answered my about the spec of the fan. Not impress at all. their rma policy is bad. evga is the best for rma. I had one RMA with MSI (blown cap) Service was great with them |

Well the one coming Monday should be good. The I am looking to order seems tighter. |

For mining it looks like the 1070 Ti is pretty meh. Same ETH rate, little bit better core rate.. probably best to still go with 1080 Tis |

Just back from work travel stuff - will continue the 9 x slot riserless mobo tomorrow. Hey Vosk, I am preparing my ETH farm for BTG - and RX sucks at Equihash. While waiting for BTG pools (you should do a Youtube on BTG pools -- there a few listed on BTG site), I am stretching all the RX470,RX480,1070,P106 on zhash.pro, as per your Youtube recommendation. My 1080tis are still mining VTC at the moment so I will them mine hard to take advantage of mooning VTC. Since, X11 is basically dead meat, I have also pointed my X11 farm to Prohashing, and autoconvert to VTC. I wish I had more 1070s.... so my vote for best card is the Zotac Mini 1070s - cool, small and draws low & decent watts. I am going to test ... 9 x Zotac Minis 1070s on this 9xslotter powered with a single Delta 2400w soon. |
