You could try https://www.coinmama.com/, as I know they are one of the last accepting CC without verification.

I mean, almost nobody will accept your CC as in 99% cases it's about trying to clean carded funds and we are 2017. Even if it's gift card, in most cases origin is e-whoring.

Unfortunately Coinmama does not accept gift cards... I've read somewhere that purse.io can do this, will look into them a bit more

I think no you can't as without verification none of the site allows you to purchase bitcoin. Okpay.com accept credit card deposits and allow withdrawal in bitcoin but they require ID and full address verification.

You can give cex.io a try, they accept credit card deposits. Also purse.io is quite different but you might be able to redeem your gift card there for some bitcoin but you will end up paying higher price than market rate.

Try bitcoin ATM's for that (use mask for better anonimity lol). But if you want to buy with visa card, you can try localbitcoins too (someone can agree your deal without id verification, in past it was like that). Or try coinmama as someone suggested you here but to be fair, you still won't be able to buy anonymously because there will be transaction logs in internet banking, so bank can see where you sent money.

It's possible that you can buy on the currency exchange section here. However, no one would want to go first for you, so you would have to use escrow. If that doesn't work, you could check other forums as well. Forum currency exchange is where you can buy and sell without ID.
