just confusion why some little country reject bitcoin?

Not only small states do not accept Bitcoins, but large and medium countries still do not accept it. Because they realize that Bitcoin is difficult to control and unstable. That makes their economy unstable. In addition, small nations may not have the technology to control Bitcoin

maybe in my opinion from some countries that can not accept the presence of bitcoin only from the government alone and for example in my country also so so can not accept this digital currency for reasons that are not spective or they just want the transaction of the value of digital currency is clear while some other countries are already there who can accept bitcoin from any purchase, bitcoin is famous for the price is so fantastic that it makes it more famous but on the other hand many are assessing bitcoin in terms of positive and negative..

maybe the government is afraid with bitcoin that can interrupt their economic system but they don't make any statement if it is accepted or not so bitcoin in this situation is become neutral. people can still use bitcoin and government is not doing anything except they are only watching from the next door. but if the government is already finish learning bitcoin, maybe soon they will accepting bitcoin and finally bitcoin is approve in that country like japan, korea, russia, china, indonesia and else.
I was wondering if the third world countries are even aware of bitcoins. After all, it is one of the latest invention in technology, though being used as an asset but still people who don't use internet much may not be aware of it.

Small countries would be wrong to distinguish them as large countries, in small countries the rules are more flexible, for example, a country called "liberland" would be established, the currency of this country could be Bitcoin, i dont know the result decision.

just confusion why some little country reject bitcoin?

Is it true ? I do not think it's just a small country that rejects bitcoin. many major countries are resisting such as USA, Russia and China. I think their government still does not believe in the system offered by bitcoin. with the anonymous transaction system provided, the government can not monitor the movement of transactions accurately. so they are concerned that bitcoin is an unconvincing transactional tool. I also do not know any regulations that deal with bitcoin in many countries. so I hope bitcoin will be quickly accepted and legally government in the world .

I think maybe they don't know about bitcoin and their country lack of knowledge about bitcoin. And some reasons too is the law in their country.
Lack of knowledge  and interest in the community a possible things that most of  small countries doesn't embraced bitcoin. And also because they can't fully support and provide stable internet connections, and this is the most important thing to run bitcoin. And this is the most common problems they countered  that's why bitcoin isn't possible to be present in their country.

Internet connection is one of the most problem of the countries or even the small places in this world and that is why the revolution of bitcoin is not that fast because of it but i think and i believe that in the future the well established governments will do their best to help the small countries and poor places to improve the quality of their lives.

I think majority of the countries don't accepts bitcoin officially because of its decentralized nature.

i heard government is a competition Bitcoin could have with the Icelandic króna (ISK) — national country's currency. Specifically, in matters related to unauthorized transfers of foreign currency (Bitcoin also falls under this definition) across Iceland borders.

many causes of bitcoin are prohibited in some countries. because bitcoin is considered fluctuating and movement can be every second. they do not want to take risks. because it is digital and can not be controlled by the government in full even some countries give warning to bitcoin users this is not their responsibility because bitcoin can disappear at any time.

Small states do not accept bitcoin because this is not the right time as they are only small and progressive in their own country and they will prioritize the current issues they are facing. Deploy to their country and I think they need years before they accept bitcoin because they do not have enough knowledge and full source of bitcoin support.

Well , their are many countries that are not accepting bitcoins nor refusing them,
When it comes to acceptance we can say that to make bitcoins a national currency , the people living their should be literate enough to use bitcoins and can afford smart phone for keepingBTC wallets.
This may be one one the reason ,
Another reason is actually an advantage of bitcoins of not disclosing our identity, this advantages can often be used by some people to fund terrorism and do other illegal stuff without getting caught.

Probably these country had not taken any steps toward bitcoin because they have more important matters to attend and discuss.  Aside from that probably they are waiting for stronger nation's stand towards bitcoin and will just follow whatever their decision.  It is much better and less trouble for them I guess.

Not only little countries but Big countries too are skeptical about bitcoin.Recently, China had announced the banning of ICO on their country. Simply, they don't have yet any regulations to manage it. In our country Philippines, bitcoin is still not yet well known, most merchants dont accept this currency. It is just a matter of uncertainty that the countries are being afraid of.

If we are talking about third world countries then the main reason is the lack of usage of technology and other facilities in their life. To be very honest, it is hard for them to even meet their basic needs. If we consider developing countries then absolutely, they are the ignorant ones.
