Parli di ICO o fondi di investimento?

PER LE ICO
In molti usano la parola dividendi, ma poi è un buy back.
Temo anche che molti che dicono che pagheranno dividendi poi saranno costretti a trovare delle soluzioni o regolamentarsi pesantemente.

Per i fondi esistono ma sono fondi di investimento privati, non ci accedi tramite canali bancari.

L'idea del thread e' discutere tutte le monete/token che danno profitto solamente tenendole nel wallet.
 Non e' particolarmente importante la definizione quanto il fatto che diano un ritorno per se'.

Per quanto riguarda la regolamentazione per il momento ci sono problemi solo con il SEC, quindi a meno che questi fondi non vogliano investitori dagli stati uniti, non hanno neanche bisogno di regolamentarsi alla fine.

I buyback non rientrano nella categoria di discussione questo thread anche se alcune volte funzionano ma, personalmente mi lasciano parecchi dubbi, sulla trasparenza in particolar modo.

E' finita la ICO si Astronaut e ora è possibile acquistare i Token. A breve andranno in exchange al termine dell'audit interno del team. Astronaut capital investirà in ICO cosi come Taas ma anche altri progetti undervaluated.

Non sono completamente sicuro della validita' della cosa non ho ancora letto in dettaglio il whiteapaper. 

Io il WP di McAfee l'ho letto tutto anche se non in maniera approfondita, le cose che non mi convincono sono le seguenti (IMHO)
1) È un fondo attivo, a gestione attiva, questo pare abbastanza chiaro... ergo devono esserci gestori in grado di battere il mercato... ma il problema è che il mercato vince sempre... quello delle crypto poi è così volatile... comunque io sono più favorevole ai fondi passivi che seguono un indice per principio quindi magari è una preclusione che ho io...
2) Se è un fondo attivo avrà dei costi maggiori di un fondo passivo e quali siano e quanto incidano sulla ripartizione degli utili riconosciuti ai token holders non è chiarito nel WP o non lo vedo io...
3) L'idea del Social Investiment Network è bella di principio... magari è un'ideona... ma realizzabile? Non lo so...

Questi sono alcuni dubbi poi magari farà il botto per via del nome, chissà... nel mondo delle crypto e delle ico tutto può succedere.

Ah dimenticavo... una cosa positiva però la voglio segnalare sempre a mio modesto parere... la partnership con UNIVERSA che per me è un punto a favore.

We will send out another newsletter before the payment will be done.

If the amount of tokens in a wallet is not sufficient to cover the transaction fees, the payment will be roled over to the next dividend date.

DOMAIN NAMES
We plan to increase the sale of domain names substantially in order to open up more funds for investments into the cryptospace. We have sold few valuable names, mainly trainings.com and a package of .in names for now and we are negotiating many more names at the moment.

AUDIT.COM
We have signed a MOU with an upcoming ICO in Switzerland. This ICO will make use of the Audit.com domain name in its upcoming ICO and DDF will receive a percentage of their ICO proceeds, potantially this could mean a six figure profit for DDF depending on the success of the ICO. You will probably see very soon on audit.com more about this project in the auditing and inspection space. The project is very well planned and funded by experienced european investors. We are looking for more ICO´s that would profit from one of our great domain names and plan to sign more such deals.

MINING EQUIPMENT
DDF is now running 40 GPU Miners with each 8 GPU in a Container run by Hydrominer. We have received 18.26 ETH and 10.150 Siacoin for the time between December 8th and 31st. We will either continue mining or sell the computers in the next weeks, depending on the market.

Cryptocurrencies
We have restructured the portfolio more into altcoins and we are still looking out for special deals in ICO´s. As of today the investments in altcoins have done well and we plan to expand the altcoin part of the portfolio further. We are aware that the overall performance is below the cryptomarkets expectation, this is mainly due to the very high percentage of domain names vs. cryptoinvestments in the portfolio, however this is changing now with the growing cryptopart, also keep in mind that only the coss and eth positions are as of today another 1.5 Mio USD more in profits.

Hydrominer
Hydrominer will go ahead with another ICO, better said an SCO and this time it is a security token, as a result of our early contract with them, we have received another 7250 H2O tokens. In the next weeks these can be exchanged for their new H3O token at a discounted rate. Their new token is planned as an amplified security token, the plan is that this token will pay dividends, has voting rights and also a payout when company shares are sold, we will update you as soon as we know more.


BITCOINCLEAN.ORG
Finally we can disclose the secret project. It's an upcoming fork of Bitcoin, Bitcoinclean.org. The basic idea here is to create a Bitcoin clone that can only be mined with renewable energy. A voting mechanism will take care of this and will only allow miners that use clean energy sources.
The project is doing well, We had a call this week with the team and they have a testnet in place now, they work on security issues with the voting algorithm. Please take a look at their site to learn more about this fork. As we stated in an earlier report, they are expecting support by very famous personalities and organizations but will release all these in a timely manner.
We have now evaluated the 10000 coins we have only at one USD/coin, however there have been presales of up to 50 USD by now, but since there is no marketplace at this moment and the project could potentially still fail we choose not to evaluate them right now. If the fork is as succesfull as many of the other forks, 10K bitcoinclean could mean a value of up to 5 or even 10 Mio USD for the fund.


WALLETS & AUDIT
Many have requested the wallets DDF is using, so the used wallets for ETH are to be found below. However, DDF is holding many assets in exchanges, mainly: Kraken, Bitfinex, HiTBTC, Coss, Bitrex, Cryptopia.

We are also in touch with Grant Thornton for the audit of our fund and will continue to work on a solution to provide transparency.

Good News 1
The increase in value as of today is substantially higher than in Dec. 31st., especially with increases in ETH, COSS and H2O. As of today it would be closer to an increase of 30% and not 10% as in the report. Depending on the market we can expect the increase for investors going forward more substanially as the assets under management have increased as well.

Good News 2
The old investors of the fund will also receive their dividend payment, however in their case it will be handled as a redemption. This means for the ICO investors that the share of the old investors will decrease now and the share of the ICO investors will increase, which means that over time the ICO investors will receive a larger share of the proceeds.

Qualcuno ha investito/ha intenzione di investire nell'ICO di McAfee?
Da quel che ricordo il possesso di token dovrebbe consentire di ricevere dividendi provenienti dalla società.
