I am from pakistan and need to know some details about bitcoin mining here in pakistan?

Is it viable to mine in Pakistan?

Just a couple of questions:
1) Price of electicity
2) Price of most popular mining graphics cards

Sex is simple.

Industrial price is 0.16$ per kwh
Government of Pakistan accept bitcoin as a commodity only and capital gain tax is applied on the profit derived from trading

Wouldn't cooling the mining rigs be an issue? I would imagine in a warmer climate that might offset the cheapness of the electricity...
