Dear BTC-e ADMIN, I have not received an email (I tried twice, also with 'Forgot Password', also no email, it is also not in my spam folder) for over 90 min now, I am a New Zealander (not US) I was verified, it looks like many people are in the same situation. Please help, thankyou.


EU citizen here, my email arrived after few hours but when i click on the link which takes me to btc-e reset password page, Error: Request expired. notification appears. What should i do?

Возможно, да, после первой попытки я ждал два часа для ссылки на сброс пароля, чем я пытался войти в систему еще два раза, я буду ждать последнего письма.

К моменту получения электронной почты для сброса пароля он уже истек. Каков предельный срок действия?
I think ~ 2 hours. If you do not get email with a password reset link in 2 hours try to reset it again.
Note: only latest link valid. So if you asked to reset few times - you need to wait latest e-mail.

Ah okay, so this will be fixed? I cannot login with my original IP and if I try my white-listed IPs, they are banned. Ironically, a security check that I placed on the account is screwing me over.

I try to login btc-e.nz with my account and it won't let me because from my original IP, I get this message = http://i.imgur.com/kdybJrQ.png

But when I try to login with my whitelisted IPs, it tells me "Login from this IP address is banned by the Wwhite list of this account’s IP addresses

So this is a problem, because I cannot login from the original IP, which is a US IP.

I've sent btc-e a PM about this but they have not responded.

So this is a problem, because I cannot login from the original IP, which is a US IP.
I've sent btc-e a PM about this but they have not responded.

Technical support will not respond to you right now. It has a great load. Wait until you launch a full-fledged website with full-fledged support!

I have 2 wire transfer deposit to btc-e at 21-Jul and 24-Jul sucessful
Mayzus confirm 2 transaction transfer to btce bank and not refund.
but when I check my account I don't see you credit them. Please explain?
