BTC-e, which published a plan to return to operation few days ago, launched a web-site on the domain. Nz. The site looks the same as before, but instead of exchange rate value, zeros are everywhere.

Users can login to web-site using their old accounts. Once you are logged in the system offer to change the password and 2FA. The balance of the user stored at the close of the exchange (probably, the situation is happily not at all), but on the financials tab, the balance in each currency a line with the appropriate currency of this token, yet with zero value. But so far, unfortunately, except to look at their balances, users can not do more. Trade and withdrawals options are not yet available.

At the moment, users of the Exchange trollbox congratulate each other "welcome back", while asking a lot of questions to its representatives about future plans (time of withdrawal, resumption of trading, verification, etc.). But so far no clear answers from the trading platform have been received.

In any case, that's very good that cryptocurrency exchange has resumed work. But to the actual launch, it has not ready yet.

I hope the exchange will work. For many of my friends BTC-E became the first cryptocurrency exchange, many of them kept in here most of the savings. All they really want to get back at least some of their money.

I am of course happy that they have made a first real attempt to initiate a relaunch, but I am also realistic enough to understand that this exchange hasn't shaken off the US authorities at all. In that regard, I will do everything to get my funds off that exchange as soon as possible, because there is simply no way to know how long they remain operational. I sincerely hope they will keep functional for a very long time, but I am not willing to bet my money on it. After all, it's not pocket change that we are talking about. On the other hand, I am fairly sure that their Russian centered users will continue to use them like how they were before the shut down. Only time will tell whether or not they will end up paying a hefty price for their strong confidence in BTC-E.
