For me happiness when near to me people are not ill. Also happiness when you who - нибyдь love and you are loved in reply. But it is my opinion personally. At all a different concept is about happiness.
I guarantee that no English-speaker who didn't know a little Russian would be able to tell from the context what you're talking about. For reference, the correct translation of "ктo-нибyдь" is "someone" or "somebody", not "who - нибyдь". Come on, even Google Translate gets that one right.
