You can earn bitcoin the same way you earn fiat. Just instead of accept fiat, accept your payments in bitcoin. Or you can use your fiat money you earn to buy bitcoin and store them. Bitcoin is a form of currency, and no one will be willing to give away free money.
Or you can join campaigns and giveaways to get some coins and get started. But it won't be enough to cover your daily bills. Just some few dollars to spend on beers

Since I'm still a Newbie, I just want to know what is the highest amount of Btc you earned? (especially for high rankers). And what are your techniques to become successful?

I just collect from every mining. and I hold it big, it's the same as the long investment I do, though not too much. but at least I am more independent than you are just being asked. maybe if you are involved much will know the impact you feel.
