since i run ccminer64_65  and not ccminer.exe ( i do not see the shortcut btw?, i only see those files  ccminer32_65 , ccminer32_75, ccminer64_65 and ccminer64_75,Licence.+ my bat file )

I dont get it. Blocktime is 1.5 Minutes for PoW and 3 Minutes for PoS. - Hashrate and difficulty variiates, reward is 100 Coins.

Its not the first, OrbitCoin uses the same PoS technique. - I hope you know that these are Blockvalues and no reward values? Or do you think if you got to blockchain.info and see WOW 198120 BITCOIN in Block xy that miner must be lucky to mine that many?
