Just leave your wallet running I had the same thing happen it took for ever for wallet to update to the current block think it took around 3Hr's then everything was working fine for me .

 Hate to say it but getting listed on Yobit would be better than Craptopia at this point in time

they have upped their price to nearly 10BTC from the previous amount that a little shy of 2BTC

Backup your wallet.dat and delete the data folder afterwads. Should fix that issue.

Update on the exchanges.

Ive applied at all good exchanges. Cryptopia has raised their fee 5x, so wont bother with that until they lower it again. Paid for Yobit.net

The questions is when I see " New Block"  is that means I have found the new block or the miner just moved to the next block ?

Its a new exchange, which added TZC right at the beginning. But as you already mentioned it lacks on volume. Exchanges need to establish first before people transfer their bitcoins there. - Thats why I requested at several well established exchanges.
