The ransom money from the wannacry cyber attack which has being untouched in online accounts and has being  on watch since by the twitter bot @actual_ransom  has just being moved by the hackers.

it is said that more than $140,000 worth of bitcoin has being evacuated from the 3 accounts that has being linked to the ransomware.

Might be a dumb question but I was reading that miners can choose to not include transactions in the block to mine so technically if all miners agreed, couldn't the funds be stopped from moving indefinitely with a bit of code? It does seem after a few hours of reading on here that getting the miners to agree on anything is difficult to it just ain't happening.  But technically is it possible?
