Your brain will provide several answer's to the question above.

Final step, paste this on a wall (visible area to your sight )
Once you are tempted to gamble, you brain will bring this info's into your concious mind.

Keep half and sell half. That way you won't lose out. Maybe buy some other coins to develop your portfolio, but don't gamble any more. And definitely keep at least $100 000 in your real bank account.

Since you admit having a gambling problem, try this out for a month: every day pretend that you only have 1 bitcoin to gamble, adjust your bettings to that and gamble away. The next day start again with 1 bitcoin even if you have made more the day before. Whatever you have over 30 bitcoin after a month, put that away and repeat the same 1 bitcoin a day gambling. Whether you win or lose, it won't have much of an impact in a short period and you will get to gamble on a daily basis which is what seems to drive you.

You should withdraw you Bitcoins to a hardware wallet and lock it. Also, you can try to control yourself because this time you were lucky but remember the bank always wins in the long run, so if you keep on gambling you will end up to lose all your money.
