The main idea and the main difference is to use promissory notes as investment tool. This will give an opportunity to invest cryptocurrency and herewith investments would be protected by the law. |

Yep, after reading all the introductory material I can say they will also create an official exchange for these purposes. If I took the concept correctly isn't this somehow similar to invoice trading ? If yes then there are two already are working on the platforms to start business in near future. |

If stays only one one exchange which is in property of project management then it is not trustworthy. I guess they are aware of this. Second why there must be an ICO? Now when every new ico just go down after the launching. The logo looks nice. Any upcoming bounty?
They will collect large amount of money are least they can give community something in return like almost all new ICO projects, and this one will have a bounty program. so much bonuses on the ICO starts, and also provided by a good ICO progress. this project is really promising man. i like it.
I love when new accounts giving such comments those gonna make me to invest immediately. |

Yes, we are planning to create it. But I guess you will also list the token on major exchanges, right?
This issue is still discussed by developers, so maybe EVRtoken will be traded at other exchanges. |

I see you are Russia based project but didn't see anything about legal status of your company. Will you take start from Russia and directly will make open for general investors from around the world be able to participate in buying/selling electronic bills ? I will be watching as need more time to understand it well.

Yes, that is what we planning. It is possible because in compliance with "Convention Providing a Uniform Law For Bills of Exchange and Promissory Notes" laws about promissiory notes in most countries of the world are rather similar. So if you for example live in Paragvay and you invest in some company in Russia (you buy company's promissiory note), your investment are protected by international laws. |

Because EBS are looking for funds which will give us an opportunity to develop our service and, besides, to open our offices all over the world. In our opinion ICO is the best way to collect them. |
