Cryptex Shares
Cryptex Shares are the first ERC20 token to offer immutable dividends from a decentralized ERC20 exchange.
All exchange revenue is held by smart contracts and can only be accessed by shareholders. Cryptex Exchange provides a provably fair and transparent business model for trading tokens and distributing dividends to shareholders. Both the Cryptex Exchange and Cryptex Shares use published code and can be verified by any user or shareholder. Dividend payments can be initiated by any shareholder via the Ethereum Wallet, and are also paid out during any transfer of shares. When you send Cryptex shares to another account all dividends owed to both the sender and receiver are paid automatically.

Cryptex Exchange
Cryptex Exchange is the first flat-fee, publicly owned, decentralized exchange for ERC20 tokens with immutable dividends for all shareholders.
With a flat fee of only 5 Finney (0.005 Eth) per trade Cryptex is far cheaper than most exchanges that charge 0.3%*. Anyone can create an account instantly and only you control the funds in your account. This is critical because centralized exchanges have been hacked and seized by various governments, this is not possible on decentralized exchanges like Cryptex. The Cryptex website operators have no means to access or block any of your funds. Therefore, there are no withdrawal or deposit limits, and all transactions are complete upon the first confirmation. There are also no deposit or withdrawal fees charged by Cryptex. The Cryptex Exchange exists on the Ethereum Blockchain and can be operated directly from the Ethereum Wallet in addition to using the website. Most significantly, all revenue from the exchange is held in a smart contract and distributed to shareholders. Both the Cryptex Exchange and Cryptex Shares use published code for all users to verify that it is operating fairly, and all trades can be viewed on Etherscan or other block explorer. A centralized exchange could never provide this kind of verified and provably fair business logic. Every trade that is processed on Cryptex is guaranteed dividends for all shareholders.

*For orders more than a few hundred dollars. The flat fee can vary over time but it has a hard-coded limit of between 1 and 10 Finney (inclusive) and is applied to all trades and users equally. See line 209 in code for proof.
