Considering there are over a thousand users online, that all would have been forced to reset their passwords, what do you think the answer to your question might be?

Hey there,

I hope you will finally see a light at the end of that very long dark tunnel you went through in your effort to recover your bitcoins. Their recent seizure will hopefully have given this exchange a lesson to remember and to abide by when deciding how to treat their customers in the future. The contemptuous way they treated your endless requests to access your coins was uncalled for.

I'm sure each account comes with a "notes" subsection so they should have a record of your previous attempts to access the coins. Let's see if this time they treat your request with a friendlier tone or if they stubbornly continue to stand their ground.

Keep us updated.
