Not sure here is the right place asking this question.


I am in UK and found Coinbase too expensive to use.

can anyone recommand some exchange that are friendly to UK user, i.e. free control of £ deposit and withdraw, access to many coins and reasonably charged when trading...above all,with good reputation against scum.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I have heard there is an UK exchange named CryptoDao, but it is a small exchange and there are some bad experience reports, I do know if it is true, I think you can do some research of that exchange.
