I do not see why they should scam your 0.0168 btc, although they are new site, I do not think that they even want to be that bad just to scam your 0.0168 btc. Do you contact their support? I believe they will find some solution here because currently the transaction is so high, may be it will take some time to get yoir withdrawal, moreover if OP used low fee
Look at the screenshot before asking, he did send a support ticket but seems that he got no answers after some days. He did deposit 0.016 but his withdrawal is more than 0.1btc. Dont you remember zoomdice where there was a long delay for withdrawal less than 0.02btc. I think it is not a problem about fee but more about they had not process the withdrawal.
If they think that there is something wrong with the account then at least they should answer the support ticket or come here in this thread to confirm something. Being silent when there is a serious issue is so bad.
