if you already understand the bitcoin system and understand about bitcoin well then you will not be difficult to explain bitcoin to others. so my advice, you better learn and understand well what is bitcoin first, so you do not trouble to explain bitcoin to people.

Bitcoin can change everything. I personally agree that bitcoin changes the way I live. Because of bitcoin, I learned how to manage my time by making my list containing every agendas. Before, a day will pass that I only finish only one tasks but now everything is in balance. yes you are right i also like you, i am now more disciplined in managing the time for having to divide between real life with this forum. That’s great if you are able to manage our time very well now with the help of our respected member. Time management is an important rule to live a prosperous life. Only people who live a disciplined life can succeed in life, those who waste time always stay at lower levels of the society. |

My phrase that I thought to describe bitcoin is "Bitcoin, the future of those people who are in poverty". We all know that poverty is one of the problem of each country. Yes some country has just minimal poverty rate but in my country poverty rate is very high. But by the help of bitcoin it reduces the poverty rate in our country. Because bitcoin is just easy to earn even you are undergraduate. |

Bitcoin is a online currency or a coin like everyone calls it but with it you can do many activities which is either banned or is not worth. Example trading , gambling , funding a credit card and many more. The phrase would be ' No one liked me first but now i don't like anyone'

Hm, I don't know how else I should describe a hard fork with chain split than using the term controversy. We already had one this year and heading to the next one soon. So from my point of view, we have drama, we have contoversy, more than necessary. I would disagree that a fork is "controversy", it's more of a change being given to the blockchain which allows for potential fixes under the right circumstances. If a fork was a controversy, there would often be a lot more discord within the community than what we saw happening. Even with the recent fork, there was a small minority which didn't want to do through with it but they all eventually capitulated. BCH is doing ok, but not spectacular, on exchanges. |

I agree with the previous poster (with whom you disagree) It is not that other coins are not filled with their own variety of controversy (e.g. Ethereum itself is a can full of worms of its own). Even Litecoin likely has certain issues and its own array of difficulties as well as a few skeletons in the cupboard. Bitcoin is just a top currency even in terms of controversial issues which are constantly and consistently plaguing it. We can't know what its price would be if there were none (or just less), but Bitcoin still rises despite its controversial nature or state (I mean, over long term, of course) |

"future" is what I want to describe bitcoin. Using bitcoin will make us anonymous and avoid the government from tracing us. Moreover, you can easily control your property without using any third party such as banks. You are fully controlling your funds through bitcoin. Moreover, every transaction on the blockchain is true, you can not fake it or fraud people by creating fake bitcoin.

At its core, bitcoin is a smart currency, designed by very forward-thinking engineers. It eliminates the need for banks, gets rid of credit card fees, currency exchange fees, money transfer fees, and reduces the need for lawyers in transitions… all good things.

Do not fool yourself, governments can still do a lot to slow down Bitcoin, if they wanted to do that. They can ban merchants from accepting it and they can even force banks not to service Bitcoin exchanges. The problem is, Bitcoin comes with several advantages too and they cannot ignore that.
Advantages like, additional tax income and tourist opportunities and new job opportunities. Do not forget that Bitcoin users are voters too and there are currently millions of users/voters using Bitcoin. ^smile^
This is why bitcoin is a double edged sword for them, if they ban bitcoin then that is only going to create an even more underground economy that they do not control, but if they fully accept it bitcoin has the potential to create many jobs but it is also a disruptive technology and such technologies always change the way things are and some people are going to be affected because of that. |

Maybe it's not so easy to explain Bitcoin in just one sentence but for me Bitcoin is global currency for everyone in the world, new opportunity to make better living for everyone. That is how I see it. It can have various forms because it can be used as money, asset, investment. So, it's currency with many faces and that is the great advantage.
