I though I'd pass by and see if the project has been revived or abandoned and... well it seems abandoned to me! Too bad.

No one got refund, they are professional scammers. Those who claimed to got a refund are their fake accounts. This guy has been debunked.
Please avoid throwing accusations around in this tone, you sound like you have proof of what you're saying and you're 100% sure, but the fact is you're making a wrong guess.
I was refunded, even though I used an exchange to join the ICO and I had no way of signing them a message. They still talked to me on Skype and accepted the proof I provided.
Yes they were slow, they probably had just one person doing the refunds, but they did refund us. If you failed to provide them with the required information or you didn't push them with frequent emails, then that's your mistake.
