My recommendations go to hitbtc.com an online exchange

Thanks, I hadn't come across that exchange.

I have a question - If I transfer the BTC from Electron Wallet to HitBTC exchange and I still have BTC under the same blockchain.info wallet will it transfer both, Should I move the blockchain.info BTC to another wallet before sending BTC out of Electron?

The best thing to do is sending your bitcoins to another address on your blockchain.info and after that moving the bitcash from electron to hitbtc

Thanks again, I was thinking that may be the way to go.

I can confirm that method worked so I have the BCC/BCH in the exchange sent out from my Electron wallet and the other BTC intact in blockchain.info but in a different address from the starting one :-)

First of all, I didn't write this all, but none less, if it works than that's the only thing that counts!  Grin (source will be mentioned at the end of this tutorial)

Thanks a lot for taking the time to write this tutorial. Great.

I am taking the same steps as you described, however I end up with BCC balance of 0. According to blockchair I should have a couple of BCC left as trade of of the hard fork.

Couple of questions (Mnemonic Code Converter):
1) Do you need to change the default 15 words Mnemonic to 12?
2) Do I need to change the default coin from BTC to BCC?

I tried a couple variants, but still end up with zero balance.

Any help, much apriciated.

PS. Before I came across this tutorial I tried just to import the private key provided by Blockchain itself, however electron-cash is than saying: No inputs found. (note that inputs need to be confirmed)
