If I want to run a full node with mining enabled, can I create an empty wallet, then find 10k (soon 1k, I heard) leasing on it to activate mining,
or the 10k has to be directly on the node wallet ?

You need to have the coins in your wallet. If you lease them to a node they are locked, and you get your interest from the node operators (most nodes pay out weekly).
The Wave-Coins never leave your wallet, even when leased to a full node.

WAVES is really worth holding on the middle line, and the price is going very well at the moment. The friends you like can buy and wait for the outbreak of the second spring.v Grin

Waves is still very cheap and is a strong buy in my opinion.  I am constantly buying and holding Waves.  Compared to Ethereum which is over 50x the price of Waves, there is still a lot of room to grow.  The Waves team is constantly doing great things to make the project stand out above the rest.  There is no doubt Waves will end up being a tsunami.
If we look at some of the other alts that almost doubled and more in the past few days it wouldn't be much of a surprise if Waves went up quite a bit soon too. Been a very long time since it moved up and things are looking very good now.
I think this is the best opportunity to accumulate waves coin because waves also big project like ethereum. One day i am sure that waves coin price will be very impressive like ethereum price

I am looking for a Waves explorer where I can see the entire history of an account. I tested two blockchain explorers and both show only an excerpt of transaction history (mostly recent 50 transactions). So do the Waves wallet.

Alternatively, is there a node API to request the transactions with a script?

Waves have exceeded the highest price of all time today. I believe that the rise will continue. The target in the short run is $ 10, ı believe reach it.

What I want is setup my full node, with 0 Waves on it, then lease from an other safe wallet to activate mining.
It's wonderful if that's really possible !

Why are you so sure? I hope so too but you never know in crypto. Waves wasn't so good at communicating last year which impacts the price. Some coins are hyped, i feel Waves is the opposite.

Waves has been very transparent, but the old/current exchange was fairly lackluster.
The new one coming next week will fix that though, which is why the price is starting to increase.

Once the exchange comes out we should see a major climb considering we've been moving sideways for half a year now.

Liquiditywaves actually bumped the WCT price quite a bit already. I've thrown a couple BTC at Waves in anticipation of the NG though. Could see x2-3 happen just before the holidays.

Yes, it's a nice price increase for WCT today but it should be at least the price of Waves tokens if not higher due to it being 1/10 the amount of tokens Waves has.  I hope from here on, all airdrops by the Waves team are for Waves community token holders only.  This would be a major factor for purchasing WCT.

I do not recommend you to run your own node, even if you have 50k waves. It won’t be as profitable as leasing your waves to other nodes.
Please check here and you can figure out yourself what would be best.

Looking to the stats, solo miners have a fairly good ratio. WavesGo has a 1.167 weekly ratio, and some solo miners have an higher one. I think it's just very random.
I'm preparing for the Waves team to decrease the required amount to 1k, I also want to mine by myself to decentralize the network. The reward isn't that high anyway atm.

I found a solution on my own and want to share for everyone who has the same issue.
There is an open node from WavesNode.com to utilize in order to get the complete transaction history. Just open the following URL https://nodes.wavesnodes.com/transactions/address/<YOUR_WAVES_ADDRESS>/limit/10000

Looking at the price chart It looks like the price is trying to go up, which is super if you think at the rising Bitcoin price. Perhaps soon 10$.
