I didn't get anything so I emailed back 3 days later and this is the 2nd response I received:
Hello,
We are still working on getting everyone back online and it might take little bit of time for us to activate all.
But as we are speaking, the activation process is going on at our office so please Email us back when your account gets back online so
that we know your good to go with everything. Thankyou and sorry for the inconvenience situation.

Some people got their pass reactivated fairly fast while I've been waiting from June 22nd (my time) to the 27th. Hoping to see some positive outcome today!
