They do, and it is quite negative.  I bolded just two words, but the page is full of negative crap.  Out of 11 articles, only one has a not negative title.  I would say this is the most negative news outlet on Bitcoin, they make Forbes look like they are in LOVE with Bitcoin.

Top headline:
US seizes accounts of Bitcoin exchange
Warrant claims failure to declare money transmitting business

Second headline:
Taxmen and police look at Bitcoin threat
Fears criminals might exploit the electronic cash

Third headline:
Q&A: Why fear Bitcoin?
What is this digital currency and how does it work?

And another on the page:
Virtual currencies threaten to go viral
Several Bitcoin businesses have had their bank accounts shut down

I have noticed that the Financial Times always posts negative articles about Bitcoin. "Why you should fear Bitcoin", "Bitcoin won't last...", etc..

First seastead company actually selling sea homes: Ocean Builders https://ocean.builders  Of course we accept bitcoin.

Moronic sheep, we will tell you that you have fear and choose what you fear for you!
National security is more important than individual will!
Do not attempt to think or depression may occur!
The number one enemy of progress is questions!
Go back to your regularly scheduled programming!
Your neighborhood watch officer will be by to collect urine samples in the morning!
Use only the drugs prescribed by your boss or supervisor!

Any publicity is good publicity. Pity it couldn't have been better put, but a specific section for Bitcoin is definitely a step forward irregardless of its intentions.

I'm in the meetup gathering of NYC today and there are like 40+ ppl there. A journalist from FT also came and took pictures for some of us, as he is preparing a report on the bitcoin community in NYC. I think they are changing the attitude from negative to neutral now.

This is hilarious, because any harm they thought they caused by printing only negative articles, is negated by the fact that they gave Bitcoin its own section  Grin

Silly FT, they don't even know how to propaganda correctly Roll Eyes

You can tell it is a propaganda section because you don't have to register to read it .... i.e. they are giving it away fro free.

The bitcoin exposure is fabulous, but of course the whole site (just look at the front page) is FUD mongering to drive you into the 'sponsors' arms.

Anyone like comic books? I'm partial to DC myself, but who can argue with Wolverine?
So... The Hulk is a character who, say... gets punched in the face, or has a boulder or missile fall on him. You know what the hulk does? Hulk smash. This dood's superpower is to get stronger when assaulted. So yup.. cheers.

the financial times is in the business of selling advice to investors.  like many who think they can predict the rise and fall of stock they cannot. truth is that for 99% of "investors" would be better off investing in indexes than individual stocks because no matter what the talking heads say NONE of them can beat the index more than once very few years.

there is nothing for them to say about bitcoin because talking heads cannot make commissions on us, therefore they need to scare investors into things they can make a commission on.  we threaten their livelihood.
