Leaders are the one who lead a certain country to have a better future and economy. They also protect all people who lives in their nation if there are some natural phenomenon and wars. If we don't have any leaders, no one will lead and dictate us on what we should do if there are problems. No one will help us to solve all the conflicts that we might face. Remember that the leader is not the only one responsible for the success and wealth of the country, its all of the people. At the end, leaders are chosen by us.

I strongly disagree with you, if there is no leader even in a family, there will be many events where misunderstanding each other could rise into a big fight specially when it comes to siblings. With different personalities of people, we often like and hate each other. Hating each other could lead to a fight which then turns to chaos if not controlled. Who is the one to control it?? -- the leader is the only one with power to stop them. why?-- because the leader has the characteristics to mediate between conflicting ideas or opinions, events decisions and others. Without a leader there is no one to impose any rules to control bad actions. There will be no one to look for the problems in our surrounding to give us a better living environment. There will be no one to think for us on how to deal with global issues like starvation and other economic crisis, invasion, population growth, transportation and many more. Also, without a leader there will be no laws, no regulations, no penalties for bad actions and the world we know might end up a wasteland with all riots, fights, conflicts, wars and such unpleasant things like food crisis, water crisis, transportation crisis, and the worst of all, the rich will continue to be rich and powerful and the poor will continue to be poor and powerless in all aspects of life.

I agree! Having a leader within a group, an organization or within a family is really a must. The leader will be the spearhead of everything. He or she will take care of everyone around him or her and will make sure that everyone is doing good and no one will be left behind.

humans can not manage all parts of life, they need leaders to take care of things that can not be managed, especially the country. If we can only struggle in business and religion, they will be influential in politics and policy, we are all social beings with a complex level, if there is no leader then we will be human beings who have no purpose and always feel strong and disparage others.

I guess it will be a lot of chaos, the countries that still have a leader, still often garbled. let alone have no leader. Leadership is important because it provides an inspirational figure to lead people towards great accomplishments. The success of a country or organization depends on leadership.
