Account selling is *allowed* on this forum, that doesn't mean it is right and it is looked down upon from experienced members because it spawns so much scamming. To answer your analogy yes you can get jailtime if you are caught with a stolen car in some circumstances. You should have been patient and built up your own account, rather than trying to take shortcuts. This should also be in the "reputation" section, not off-topic.

Yes, you can indeed go to prison for buying a stolen car. Why would you think otherwise? You'll also lose the car with no chance of getting your money back. Next time, don't buy hacked accounts.

You deserve a negative, because you are an account seller. These sales, do exactly what lauda said. They promote bad behavior, such as spam and scams.
