ok our pool just hit its first 188 block. Now I am addicted lol.

http://luckycoinpool.com/

Im in this pool with 1300khs how much will I get from that block?

You will get twice as much from that block as you would from a regular block.

With 1300khs at diff 4 you should generate around 500 coins per day.  Difficulty will adjust approximately every 4 hours either up or down depending on the network hash rate.

There's no possible 'random' method of determining block rewards. Whatever mechanism you have in place will be cheated to hell in back. Just like with junkcoin.

^^ This. And of course, that is something that OP knows and have used to pre-mine the first 500 blocks VERY profitably.. DERP!

The guy who said that was an idiot. If you base the block reward on something that can't be known ahead of time reasonably, like the previous block's hash, it can't be cheated.
this idiot uses a simple random number generator to determie block rewards. guess what happens when i remove that and just return max block reward instead?

i will be posting an altered client that gets 5k coin rewards every time, in the next hour or so. this coin is trash and needs to die.

what about the current diff? It should be stabilized I hope.

Difficulty just went up to 5.27.  More people are pointing their rigs at this coin apparently.

my tarnished rep?

if these coins are open to such simple vectors of attack, they have no business existing. mining resources should not be wasted on them. etc. if i dont do it, someone else will come along and do it. thats how the world works.

know why good coins like btc and ltc havent been attacked? because its not possible.

lol, you call others idiot, I see you *are* an idiot. Do you know how these things work? Why not you change the bitcoin code and make each block reward 20000? Why it's not working?

Learn it carefully man, this is the p2p network, *unless* everyone out there change to your client, your stupid client with 20000 block award will go nowhere. Do it in your local closed net, you maybe successful retard! Once you use it in the public p2p network, your stupid client will simply be ignored!

And you think the random here is the random in your head? WRONG! Do you know what is called deterministic random? lol do a google and learn it.

Until you understand all these, retard, don't invent these stupid things in your head, as it is laughable and be seen as jokes only.

This lucky block thing is kinda cool.  It  matches the name of the coin well!  Only thing I'm confused on is the difficulty changing so often.  It's now past 5!  And we're only in the 5th hour.  I can't leave this running overnight as it'll be conter productive to run it.  Are we going to hit 10 by tonight???

It all depends on how many people decide to mine this coin.  While more hashing power means increased difficulty, it also means wider adoption which is necessary for it to be worth anything.

The short difficulty retarget time will help counter a stalled blockchain, something that has nearly killed other rapidly adopted alt-coins.
