why not you make a miner that does this, I'll love to try it out. I want to get 5888 superblock!  Cheesy
Because I'm not going to spend my time working for free on a lame altcoin.
Of course if you are going to pay, that would be a different story.

I am going to pay for it? lol, no, because I don't think it will work. If you think it will work, do it and get these superblocks and they will be sufficient to payoff you.

I am a programmer myself, I did not do this is simply because I don't think it will work.

Looks like the diff is petty stable now at 5.5, for the last 12 hours. Even dropped a little. Which is good.

No it's not. DigitalCoin and Nibble used a better approach.

no that's impossible only one must work! other coins approaches can't work! even though nimble and DGC are like 10X the coin supply by the end of the week.

You mean it can be more than one digital currency that is ok to use?

Let's see there are different ways to fight the instamines:

1. Use very low payout at the beginning, and only when diff reaches certain level (such as 1), then full payout.
This is the method used by DGC.

2. Use an accelerated scheme to increase diff quickly to the level that matches network hash rate with the predefined block time. This is used by LKY.

Both works, and did their job I guess.

1. and how many of those coins have a value worldwide, as opposite to just in the country printing them?

2. they have a reason for doing that, and that is every country prints its own coin. They don't do it just for printing's sake, and that's why a single country never prints two different coins: it wouldn't make sense. So, these altcoins are mostly pointless, with few exceptions.

All you need to do is check if GetBlockValue says it's a superblock, and if it isn't just skip mining it.

Then you run the LKY wallet with higher process priority than some other wallet and mine happily other coins unless there's a superblock available. You get a wonderful profitability while everyone else is down in the coal mines burning watts.
No that always shows 88

The last diff adjustment actually decreased a bit diff, now at  5.08471926 as opposed to 5.48902389 earlier, which is good news for all the miners!

This coin killed instamining quickly. The problem with WDC, I think, is too many instaminings at low diff, so when it hits the exchanges, big dumps from those who grabbed at low diff, thus killing the great WDC, sad  Sad.

Yes but WDC still going strong still has a big hashrate haha! When this coins diff stabilizes in a the next day or two to normal diff adjustments it's going to be great! It also has fast diff adjustments even faster than WDC.

Also I think WDC got onto an exchange too quickly, it wasn't allowed to grow enough love with the community yet. Once WDC appeared on bter, everyone tossed it like loveless parents.

That's what miners do nowadays mine and dump, at least with Luckycoin there is nothing to dump haha, or the dump will be super short lived.

Yes that's very true, that's why we need to kill instamine.
