The team has used its experience to automate processes and build the WOTAN service based on artificial intelligence (machine learning) and distributed computing technologies.

The platform's functions enable data sharing and providing expert consultations (after obtaining accreditation as an expert in a given field) for remuneration.
ICO detailsFund raising and token issue are intended to finance marketing and promotion of the analytical system WOTAN and development of the system for storage and processing of data obtained from statistics bases and other resources.
WOTAN tokens will be used to purchase ready-to-use information products created within the WOTAN system and to pay for services provided by experts and consultants participating in the WOTAN system.
The number of
WOTAN tokens to be issued will total 33 million.
0.5 million WOTAN tokens (2% of the total issue) will be reserved for the bounty campaign and referral program.
6.5 million WOTAN tokens (20% of the total issue) will be reserved for the team and partners.
ICO will be two-staged.1. Pre-ICO (September 2017)5 million WOTAN tokens (WTN) will be sold at the pre-sale stage. Exchange rate of 1 token = $0,08.

Raised funds will be used for preparing the public launch of the WOTAN system, due diligence of the project, smart contract development and the marketing campaign within preparations of the ICO of the WOTAN system.
2. ICO (December 2017)21 million WOTAN tokens (WTN) will be sold at the ICO stage. Exchange rate of 1 token = $0,48.

Raised funds will be used for marketing and selling the system and information products in the Russian, Asian, BRICS and European markets, as well as for expanding the system's capabilities and the range of information products (reports).
Cost of a token will be fixed in BTC/ETH at the start of each stage.
