Can people give me a ballpark figure how much its costs to make a professional looking a couple of minute professional animation with voice over etc to explain a project.
Are there people on this site that will do it?

Search on Fiverr for "explainer video". The website is full of scams when it comes to marketing gigs, but for graphics and video editing, it's more than enough. You'll be amazed of how little you end up spending.

You can't get a decent video with creative, original animation and voiceover for $60 a minute. It's at least $1000... I dissagree, I've gotten a few really decent video's for around that amount on Fiverr. Of course we're not talking next gen 3D graphics like in Pixar movies, but still a professional 2D animation with a nice voiceover. The person I ordered the gig from had a great looking portfolio, but didn't have many reviews yet. I ordered a seperate gig for the voiceover, everything cost around 70 dollars. |

Well it truly depends on how much customization you want. Most people on fiverr use templates mostly stolen from the internet. The good ones cost around 100 to 150 dollars with voice over synced, i have made couple of animated videos in the past, if i were to make a unique video from scratch, i would charge anywhere from 500 dollars to 1000, but if i were to use templates the cost would have been around 200 to 250 dollars. |

Well, if someone asks you, how much would it cost to make a shirt pant and a tie - what would have been your answer ? The same answer goes for your question regarding the animation. It can be from just a penny to a few thousand bucks even, all depends on what exactly you want. Do post as much details as possible about the video you are planning to help others provide a best sugestion. Happy Animating  |

If you want it to look legit it will cost a minimum of $500, but can easily run into $3000 or more. I have had about 30 of them made for clients, personally I prefer live human talent.
$500 is already a competitive amount for that task. And for just a couple of minute explains about the project is well that's already a win for the video creators. It will only take 5-12 hours straight work or even for a day to get this type of video. And the OP isn't replying do you think that he got the video maker already for his project? |

I think it's too cheap, such expertise is very rare. only certain people can do it. If you want to be cheaper I suggest you find a friend or relative who can do it. If you are lucky you can get his services for free. Just a stupid suggestion.  |

its depends of the projects you work with and the customer then the quality Of voice sound , the Updates the skills , it may be from 50$ to 3000$ for short video which contain 3-10 Min

Peoples nowadays really don't wana go for original gigs. They really don't have time and motivations to make something different and original as existing gigs can satisfy almost 99.99E10 customers.
Marketing videos comes to the scene very late and thus on very short notice of delivery thus affecting the quality.
